We tried to book a last minute lunch reservation at the Cactus Club which was fully booked unfortunately. I tried giving Concierge a call and wondering if they could secure a table for me. I didn't expect much considering it was less than hour until we were going out. Surprisingly they were able to get a table as I waited on hold. It only took 3 minutes. Very impressed AMEX.
