SFO SkyClub (on the domestic side), for example, has always had a bartender. Not sure if they are Delta employees or not.
Look at their security badge, its the easiest way to tell.

I know in ATL they have companies on there, and Sodexis is clearly on it.

Odds are all other airports have the company name on there fairly visible.
