You people are unbelievable! How hard is to say, ooops, you are right, I was mistaken! I don't care what your rep told you. He lied. And you are so dead set on blaming NCSP for it all, that you refuse to acknowledge anything different. I'm not saying that NCSP didn't completely screw up but this is one thing they were not entirely at fault for.
