Actually, I am quite pleasant to deal with and have even been thanked for knowing the procedures. I am sure this might be difficult for someone like you to understand but, it is very possible to express your displeasure with things without being insulting, aggressive or abusive. The ability to do so often has a possitive, rather than negative effect, sometimes even resulting in improvements to an otherwise ineffective process.
