The greatest challenge has been the F/As haven't been able to collectively decide what they want. The two CBAs going in are night and day apart-sCO has many high time fliers who want high base rates, yet sUA has many who like riding on work rules and silly things like crew meals that impose a cost. Will be interesting to see when it gets put out for ratification, this may trigger an increase for AA/APFA and surely DL will evaluate it closely although the IAM drive seems to be at bay for the time being.
