It is how the current, misguided Supreme Court has unfortunately ruled. I definitely disagree with that decision and maintain that my civil liberties are being violated. There's a difference between doing something illegal and something that is legal but wrong. Spam is a great example of this. Racism and Slavery in America were legal for a long time. Was it right or wrong while it was legal?
