Please re-read my post. I do not claim that the chicken@#$% excuse of implied consent is
unconstitutional (though it should be). I do not claim that my
civil rights are violated. If they were, the violator would be in court. I do claim that my
civil liberties are violated. This is not an illegal practice, merely a disgusting, useless gesture that flies in the face of democracy.
