I have had this happen numerous times. Very irritating. Still can't figure out why row 1 or whichever row can't be same row on new itinerary if the equipment is same or similar.

Good luck. I had no success in getting it addressed. Just a version a "I work at the airport", revised to "it's the computer, we have no control".
