Seems unlikely to me. A completely new cabin makes that aircraft basically unusable on any other route.
From what I've read, the A350 at max capacity has the range for SIN-SFO, so I actually suspect the A350 will fly as is, with very few seats blocked, if any.
they already said it will be a 170 seated A359 for this route, so need to block 83 seats with their current fitting. Which is unlikely to block that many.
