I will agree, my Ritz Carlton cards is bar none the best customer service I have had (basically Concierge and CS for this card is the same as the Palladium Card and both are managed in house at Chase). Chase Sapphire Preferred is right behind it for great customer service.

With that said if all your business is Amex and you are getting MR points there, you may want to reconsider, because you are going to lose the benefit of pooling your business and personal points together.
