They'd have to expand the GF lounge significantly if it's going to become the UC.
The current UC is often extremely full during the Asian departure bank, so even if you assume that a big chunk of the UC users would be eligible for the Polaris lounge, there's no way the GF has sufficient room to hold all of the * Gold and UC members.
