Same Issue
Yes, I am having this issue with six (6) senior partners at our firm. None of their accounts have been updated in the past two weeks. The points are added in, but the "nights" count does not change, and the "stays" count does not change. All six of the partners have had multiple stays and multiple nights -- no change.
I have two issues here. One is the problem itself. The other issue is the fact that Hilton Hhonors is not trying to resolve it. Why is there no customer service at Hilton? One of my senior partners is Diamond Elite, the other five are Gold Elite. Hilton does not fix the problem, and does not respond.
