That's a cop-out. I don't want to eliminate random secondary screenings by increasing the number of magnetometer-mandated secondary screenings! Set the magnetometer to detect a reasonable, yet not ultra-sensitive amount of metal and go with it. All random harassment should still be eliminated regardless of whether the magnetometer staff is already occupied wanding people who set off the magnetometer.
