That's not true. That's what the administration tried to put out as spin but it's not written into the legislation. Check out www.tsaunion.com for more info.

Unknown Screener, there's an old adage that goes 'a company gets the union it deserves'. Well, if the TSA continues at it's current rate it's going to get a pretty bad union. Anyways, I'm a unionized screener up here and it's one of the only things that keeps me sane. I think the biggest benefit of having the union is that it keeps favouritism and cronyism in check, which I hear is a massive problem amongst the junior management of TSA.
