CATSA...they WERE illegal, they filed suit, and lost. Were they sent home? Highly doubtful as the INS is COMPLETELY useless in the ONE thing they are supposed to be doing. As for unions, they cannot do anything for federal employees, by law. I personally agree with that as I have no use for unions. They are self-serving entities and only help keep driftwood on the payroll. Some federal workers are unionized, but that is a real sham. The air-traffic controllers in 1981 were unionized, tried to strike over work hours, and were promptly fired.
