Actually I'm confident they did that on purpose, so that people following or searching for the #firstclass hashtag -- which just refers to premium cabins in general -- will see Polaris.
Instagram is all about getting your images seen, since links aren't allowed. No doubt they looked for whatever hashtag would provide the greatest reach.
