I think it's an exercise in frustration to bundle these together. Card issuers do it for marketing purposes, but they are unrelated, outsourced, and the suppliers change periodically. Choose a card based on the features of the card itself.
Figure out what you
need in the way of travel booking or concierge services. If the card happens to provide it, great, but otherwise go elsewhere.
