I am wondering if any long time AMEX P holders have found a good alternative?
Citi prestige? Has very good airline credit, can be used for anything from the airline even tickets. CS isn't great. Has lounge access. Points accrual pretty good, has transfer partners similar to amex.

Or maybe Ritz Carlton Chase. Nothing has beat my Ritz Chase CS. They answer the call with no rings and do whatever I ask. Their points are pretty garbage though, unless you stay at Marriott a lot. The Ritz airline credit-of 300$ is pretty good, can be used for upgrade, bag fees, food, Wi-Fi, etc. No GC, like amex. The annual fee is 395$. Has lounge access.
