I was rather excited about using my Gold upgrade for two voucher....and I thought I did. I booked two tickets on CW and upgraded them on the LHR-IKA route.

The route was delayed and my flight cancelled and it looks like I will be rerouted via LH which doesnt have a F cabin, so now my voucher is null and void.

Can I ask BA to extend the voucher for another year, it expired a few days after my first flight was due out so if they reissue the same dates it will be useless.
