- status in Le Club : Gold
- date of stay : 03/2016
- which benefit(s) were not granted : All but voucher for a drink at the bar, although the bar was never open. Regarding the upgrade, I verified availability online.
- comments : Property poorly managed, with badly trained people. Rooms are in bad shape, having 2 restaurants closed over 3 is not acceptable especially when occupancy is 100% Way better properties in Alger such as Saint-Georges or El Aurassi.
