I logged into my account and noticed that there are two recent entries denoting "Adjusted Stays" with the folios attached verifying that the stays were revenue based qualified stays. No points were deducted so there's no point in calling to complain, but I'm curious as to why these stays were "adjusted." Anyone have this happen before?
