Not much to add to what Merry said. It was in a mailing that accompanied the last issue of the newsletter here in the UK. I don't know if it is region specific. It is in fact 4000 for intra-European + 6000 for long-haul from Paris (thus 10000 in all if long-haul via Paris from elsewhere in Europe). Valid in whichever cabin and from May 1st to Sept 30th. YOu may want to call Frequence + in the US to check whether the offer is valid for US members as well.
