Thanks so much for this Globaliser. Could you explain the difference between Available, Blocked and Occupied?

Occupied I assume means won't be getting freed up at OLCI?
Available I assume means I could purchase them now if I wanted to pay?
Blocked I'm not sure. Does this mean they may become unblocked and available at OLCI opening, or does it mean they'll stay blocked until closer to flight departure?
