Mini-miles schedule intra Europe = 20K for one RT ticket (more limited availability)
Opti-miles is 2 times the minimiles rate (ie 40K intraEurope)

Just go on your travel booking site (e.g. Travelocity or ITN) to see how many miles between those city pairs. Full miles in econo (including discount).

They used to give startup miles but if the form you filled out didn't indicate so, I doubt you will get the bonus.
