Travel agency should be able to book Y, B or H class ticket for you. Cost should be around same as economy pro ticket. I've myself used to benefit couple times, typically I have to request it myself but travel agency is able to book ticket.
I've used that benefit a couple of times with no problems. Company travel agency has booked the flight, every time to H, in no time, and price has been the normal H class price. Never had any issues with it, for me it has worked prefectly.
