Which travel insurance pays for <3h flight delay?

Well, seems that I am unreasonably lucky but in >10 years I've been flying about 40K-60K miles per year, I had flight delay for more than 2h only twice.

One of them was couple of days ago due to mechanical failure on A320 on AirAsia - SEA's budget airline. While the airline does not provide any compensation of any kind even if your flight is moved next day or week, I did purchase travel insurance in Singapore. While the policy provides compensation for delay, it seems that compensation is provided only if flight was delayed for 6h and more.

So I wanted to ask the broader audience - did you have experience to file a claim for flight delay only (not because of delay caused missed connection) for less than 3h and got paid by the insurance? If yes, what was the insurance?

Thanks
