I will add another one: the fuselage of the plane narrows near the front, as a result the front couple of rows have less shoulder room at the window seat than other rows.

I think the only reason people choose the front row is to get off first. I don't think anyone who is a COS or has a leg problem would choose to sit in the front row. Row 3 or 4 would have more room and it's not too much farther back from the front of the plane.
