The capacity reduction were done because of a LCC is going to operate the route - now that I check that LCC, it do have some tickets down to 5000NTD round trip for TPE-HKD.
BTW - Is there a flight from Hokkaido to Sakhalin? I can see routes via ICN, which is quite a long distance.
