It's been a rough last few days for Southwest. Multiple emergency landings, weather issues causing major disruptions, system issues. So they trot out Gary to put a smiling face on things. Pretty basic PR stuff.

Does anyone else find it ironic for him to -- however true it may be -- call out the air traffic control system for being "vastly outdated"?
