Looking for awards on LAN, can't figure out how this whole thing works

Examples:

11/22-27 NYC-LIM on LAN - available on IB, not available on BA or AA (when called)
04/08 SCL-IPC - available on BA as part of NYC-SCL-IPC, not available as a single SCL-IPC flight, not avaliable on AA (when called).

...and others...

Is it normal that LAN award availability are all different on AA, BA, and IB???
