The A340-600 is by far superior to the A330-300. Although the 346 seats are often a little bit older, they are also bigger. The cabin feels more spacious because there are also fewer seats.

The 333 seats, while newer, are very cramped. The seats are smaller, and accordingly, they squeeze more of them into the UC cabin.
