Thanks for the reply, I emailed the hotel yesterday and I got the below reply;

To be upgraded to our Club Deluxe room, you would have to reserve a Business room. And by reserving a Club Deluxe room, you will be upgraded to our Club Heritage room. We would highly recommend the latter as it is a more unique room type.

I wonder if i book the Heritage Club room, what I would get upgraded to, as it is the same price as a Club Deluxe Room??

I presumed if you go to a club room you get the club benefits. I think I am going to book the Club Room and use the BOGO voucher to reduce the costs.

Plus I am going to IC New York Times Square for my 21st in November, so might just join the AMB membership just for the two visits?
