BA Gold (yes, I've jumped to the "other side!"),
and Delta Diamond which includes SkyClub membership. SkyClub membership allows access to KLM Lounges as long as you have a scheduled ticket for that day. (so, can even use the KLM Lounge when flying EasyJet....)

It's especially convenient when flying British Airways, if I have to check bags (Departures 3), since immigration "dumps you" right outside the KLM Lounge (non-Schengen) #52. It's literally the a few steps away. I happen to like the KLM Lounge since it has a rather spacious smoking room. Which is nice, since while I love BA but the lack of (*cough*) smoking rooms/areas at LHR T5 is my only sore point.
