A320 exit rows in my experience aren't that great. If it were an A321, totally different story but 320s I barely notice any difference.
Personally, I would opt for row 2 on the basis that Club Europe very quickly runs out of all the meal choices, so I'd be wanting to avoid being lumped with something I don't really want.
