Just to confirm - is that speaking as someone who's worked on the BA implementation, as BA staff or just from your experience?

While I don't doubt that something has been put in for this (as a gold I've had several empty seats next to me in otherwise full WTP cabins) ... I just want to make sure that we don't read certainty unless we've got someone inside the camp (as it were).
