When searching for flights on aa.com, I often get a message at the top of screen that says: "Based on your itinerary, you may be eligible for a refund of certain taxes. We’ll provide more information after you finish booking." Never actually get advised at the booking end of a refund. Any idea the reason or applicability of this message?
