I've been reading online reviews for Austrian Airlines (OS) and find a lot of negativity about them, particularly delays. I also have found absolutely PERFECT reviews which I also take with a grain of salt.

I've flown easyJet (EZY) and haven't had an issue as I'm familiar with them. The EZY fare is just $10 more than OS so fare isn't an issue. For both airlines, the fare includes 1 checked bag. On EZY, I also can choose my seat at the time of purchase but would have to wait 48 hours before departure time to select my seat on OS.

My flight from JFK arrives at 6am at AMS. The OS flight departs at 10:10. The EZY flight departs at 1:30pm.

For those who have flown both airlines, which would you choose?
