Just got some Hamilton tickets thru a Platinum pre-sale in Chicago. Didn't get the emailed code, so I had to call in for it. The rep mentioned that he could take care of getting the tickets for me, but I still hadn't looked at dates yet, so I declined.
Wondering if I could have saved some of the Ticketmaster fees going through Amex.
I bought Hamilon tickets in the presale and was charged only face value, no Ticketmaster fees (since it's not booked through Ticketmastet) or any other fees. I was very pleasantly surprised.
