Maybe you can change the booking dates, or even the routing if there is no change of band/cost.
You can only change the dates, not the route.
Once the voucher is applied to the booking, all trace of it vanishes [so I was told]. So the booking cannot be amended, except for the dates.
I do not know how it works now we have on peak and off peak.
