OK, fair call. I did not convene a Board of Enquiry. I just analysed the <redacted> evidence on YouTube and applied a few years of ATC experience.

I have some sympathy with Ground having to work this scenario but it seems clear that the Stobart was cleared without restriction [just a 'Caution'] to taxi what was evidently a route that took it behind the Speedbird [otherwise the Speedbird wouldn't have had to stop]. So stand numbers are, I suggest, a Red Herring.
