While LHR and BKK are on the list, CDG is certainly not; it was removed in Autumn 2015 due to the terror attacks within the country.
The list does indeed change, as
remdk rightly points out, but certain arrivals are less frequently scanned than others.
It's a mystery, and one which is a positive mystery for QR passengers.
