Box/Dropbox/Drive with a public download link would probably be my method, though FilePizza looks like a simple method of doing the same thing without the need to store anything in the cloud.

I remember Hilton Garden Inn used to have a (if I remember, very convoluted) way of printing to the business center directly from your room... not sure if it queued the job and you had to claim it before it printed, or if it just sat in the printer for anyone to grab while you were walking down, but I do remember NOT using it once because it seemed like a pretty big hassle compared to using a thumb drive at the time.
