This was just before I got upgraded to Platinum status (WOOHOO TO PLAT). Though Gold status still get upgrades.
- name of hotel : Mercure Lourdes Impérial
- status in Le Club : Gold
- date of stay : 05/2016
- which benefit(s) were not granted : Room upgrade
- comments : FO staff said upgrade not available as they had no more rooms even though when I went online, it still showed that the room was available for the whole of my travel date. I then question them about this and instead of giving me the room, they gave me 250 courtesy points and insisted the room was occupied. (I wonder by who?)
