Ooh, this is fun! In my limited cw experience:
Worst is 767 by a mile, although I found the seat very comfortable.
Then 777. Then 747. Best, for me, was A380 upper deck. I have only ever sat in window or isle seats, never in the middle 4.
Although I enjoyed them all- flying is fundamentally cool, and flying with a bed and champagne of any quality is awesome.
Less experience in F, but best was A380, then 777, then 747. As a couple we choose adjacent window seats now rather than the middle pair, although all are great - I know others like to call it J+ but we love BA first.
I'm sure others will disagree with my rankings and I don't pretend to have loads of sectors under my belt in any of these cabins, but we do love the A380 and will specifically pick flights on that over alternatives on other aircraft. It is the number one factor for us (over departure time, airport etc) when booking trips to places served by multiple ba flights.
