Just FYI: the two things I didn't like about the TSA, and complained about:
1. The short term parking was shut down at DIA. However, the lot was completely full of cars, most of them unmarked civilian cars. I didn't appreciate that, in the name of security, my short term parking became TSA employee parking and nothing else.
2. Leaving LGA on a Sunday afternoon, TSA employees shuttled about 50 or more people ahead of me in the security line. This was because their flight was about to leave. Every time I got close to the front of the line, more of these late people would cut in front of me. Finally, when my flight was due to begin boarding, I said enough already, and refused to let anyone else in front of me. I thought the TSA shouldn't have picked favorites among airlines, especially to the point of making me miss my flight. P.S.: After pushback, my plane's engine failed preflight and I sat at LGA for 5 hours.
Anyway, the point of my message was that: 1. the TSA does make real errors that need to be addressed, and 2. I wanted to discuss how best to get the TSA's attention.
Thanks for the constructive input.
