They replied, finally. Got 675 points... one day of rental. Thanks!

The following weekend at BWI my name was on the board. No car... had to go inside. There was ONE employee and ONE line. So I waited ~20-25min. Then got a crappy Ford Fiesta. No offer of an upgrade. No thanks for your 5*. Nadda.
