Have they turned up yet? I specifically came on here to see if anyone else was having issues with this - I requested a transfer about a fortnight ago, still not appeared - I know it's up to 28 days but, like you, I've usually had them post overnight before.
Tesco CS are worse than useless, I've emailed them about it a couple of times, they came back with a response about Avios.com creating new accounts sometimes if they can't match the address - this does happen, but it's a BAEC transfer, which was explained to them a number of times, so their response is completely irrelevant! Their call centre was slightly more helpful, eventually.
The order also doesn't appear in my 'order history' on Tesco.com, but I do have the confirmation email, and Tesco have confirmed its gone through ok when I called them, but couldn't explain why it doesn't appear.
No they still haven't turned up yet unfortunately. I think I may have changed the address on my tesco account though so probably didn't match BA address.
