What exactly would you code this as? Aircraft prep is still a UA-fault code, so its not like this coding will get them out of comp, etc. for the delay.

I'm guessing on the back end it is more detailed, but of the delay codes that are public, which one would you choose?

I get your frustration but I don't see how this particular delay code is a UA lie. And if it is a lie, to what end?

As to the FA - we all make mistakes, but that seems like a pretty basic one for someone who travels work work daily. And at DEN you would think they could swap an FA out. Though maybe they don't like to do a swap unless its a full crew as then their standby crew would be inop as a group? No idea.
