I'm curious is the if there is a charge for getting tickets through the Concierge.

Just got some Hamilton tickets thru a Platinum pre-sale in Chicago. Didn't get the emailed code, so I had to call in for it. The rep mentioned that he could take care of getting the tickets for me, but I still hadn't looked at dates yet, so I declined.

Wondering if I could have saved some of the Ticketmaster fees going through Amex.
