Thanks. I need to book a ticket for work but for budget reasons I can only do it after July 1, and was thinking of using farelock to lock in the fare before that. But the ticket does need to show ticketed on/after July first, so I wanted to make sure so that I'm not paying for farelock in vain.
The reservation will show 2 dates dpending on which screen you are looking at. On Manage Reservations, it will show the "Date Created" as the date you did the Farelock.
After purchasing the Farelock, on the "View Current Reservation" page, it will show "This reservation was ticketed and confirmed on XXXXX" which is the date you actually paid for the ticket.
